Lutheran Social Services - Alaska - LSSA serves the needs of others in our community in the name of Christ. The organization is a faith-based social ministry that is supported by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Alaska Synod (ELCA), the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, the Northwest District of the LCMS, and many caring and concerned congregations and individuals throughout the state. They are a partner agency of the United Way of Anchorage which provides us the opportunity to join with other agencies to address urgent human needs throughout the state of Alaska.  They are also a member of the Lutheran Services in America, one of largest health and human service organization networks in the nation.

The Amazing Grace community routinely supports LSSA with food drives, volunteers, and monetary support.  For more information - http://www.lssalaska.org/
